Springhill is owned and operated by Ray and Jo Barber, their daughter Fiona, and son-in-law James. They are committed to providing a popular, enjoyable and nutritious product for all to enjoy.
Springhill produces a range of finger slices, rocky road and biscuits as well as the real bread mix, the really beautiful baking mix and the decadent dessert mix.
Springhill has a strong focus on quality, hand made products, and continues to lead the market with product development, market focus and packaging.
