Sizes

The versatility of our product makes it ideal for a wide range of sites and sizing / pricing requirements. We continue to hand cut our products into many sizes including mini bite, bite, ¾ finger, finger, ¾ pocket and full slice size.

The finger size is our most popular retail product, whilst the mini bite and bite size are suited to food service or catering organisations.

Our wrapped fingers can be displayed in a our two tiered display box, which holds 24 fingers. The box is a slim, slick representation of Springhill, which you can see below. 

Storage

As our products are fresh and preservatives are not added, care must be taken with our products.
Unwrapped products: Keep refrigerated
Wrapped products: Keep cool, away from direct sunlight and heat. <8 ° preferable.

Choc Oat Finger Biscuits and Springhill Rocks: 14-18°.
